Legal Research
The team at LexOutsource is experienced in working with every major legal research platform. They are trained to identify relevant keywords to ensure the most effective research results. We also maintain access to hundreds of legal databases not readily available to most lawyers, covering an extensive number of legal areas, subjects, and disciplines. We understand legal research like nobody else in the field.
We can conduct both surface and comprehensive legal research, which can be used for a specific purpose, such as to strengthen a case already proceeding to litigation, or for a broader goal, for example, to develop theories, specific causes of action, or defenses in respect of a case.
There are several output formats for our research, such as a memorandum of law, factum, written submissions, summary, multi-jurisdictional survey of case law or legislation, or any other format specified by the client. Learn more about these options on the “Legal Writing” page of this site.
